Job summary

United Property Restoration Services is seeking a results-driven Collections Specialist to manage cash-flow recovery for restoration projects, from invoicing to final payment. The role includes handling multi-party checks, mortgage escrows, and insurance carrier escalations to secure timely approvals.

You will monitor AR aging in PSA Proven Jobs, resolve billing discrepancies, negotiate payment plans with property owners, and reconcile payments across ACH, checks, wires, and cards while

Qualifications

2–4 years of AR/collections experience in restoration/construction.
Proficient with PSA (Proven Jobs) and Xactimate billing layouts.
Strong communication skills to handle distressed owners and insurers.

Responsibilities

Monitor AR aging in PSA and target overdue accounts.
Escalate with insurance adjusters to secure approvals and resolve billing discrepancies.
Coordinate mortgage escrow and loss draft follow-ups with owners.
Negotiate payments and deductible arrangements.
Review estimates, change orders, and certificates of completion to clear hurdles.
Process invoicing and reconcile payments across multiple channels.
