United Cleaning & Restoration LLC in Middlefield, CT seeks a Collections Specialist to drive proactive cash-flow recovery across restoration projects. You will manage AR, negotiate payments, and resolve billing with insurers and mortgage escrows, partnering with project managers and owners to protect revenue.

Strong communication and familiarity with PSA and Xactimate are required. Join a growing GC focused on disaster restoration where accuracy and client relations matter as you help close

Competenze

• Minimum 2–4 years of AR and collections experience within restoration/construction.
• Experience with PSA Proven Jobs is preferred; Xactimate knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of restoration claims process with major carriers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to navigate sensitive situations while meeting targets.

Mansioni

• PSA ledger management: monitor AR aging within PSA to identify overdue accounts.
• Insurance carrier escalations: contact adjusters/TPAs to secure approvals and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Mortgage escrow processing: coordinate with owners and lenders to expedite endorsements.
• Payment negotiation: arrange payment plans and deductible collections with owners.
• Dispute resolution: review estimates/change orders with PMs to clear hurdles.
• Invoicing & reconciliation: process accurate invoicing and reconcile payments against open projects.
