Job summary

Levy at the Rose Quarter is hiring a Premium Supervisor to oversee daily event operations for high-volume venues during NBA/WNBA seasons. You will supervise dining staff, ensure proper use of POS systems, and maintain service quality across multiple event shifts.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings/weekends, strong leadership, and a customer-focused approach. Benefits include free meals at events, discounted transit passes, and growth opportunities within Levy’s hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume or fine dining environments preferred.
• Supervisory experience in food & beverage settings is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Review menus and production needs to oversee daily operations.
• Supervise dining staff and ensure proper use of systems and tools.
• Visit guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels and service quality.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and products on hand.
• Assist Premium Department with inventory and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across service areas.
• Adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

While no two events are quite the same, here’s what you can expect as a Premium Supervisor –

• Review menu and other production needs to oversee and manage daily functions
• Supervise dining staff to ensure all systems and tools are being used correctly
• Visit guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand during event
• Assist the Premium Department with administrative work including monthly inventory
• Ensure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and restaurants in compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
• Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures
• Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!)
• Perform any other duties as assigned

• Experience in fine dining or a high-volume environment required
• Supervisory experience in high-end food & beverage environment preferred
• Maintain excellent attendance and able to work evening/weekend events as scheduled
