Job summary

Levy Sector is seeking a Concessions Cashier at Moda Center in Portland. You will greet guests, take and fill orders, operate the POS, and ensure safe service under OLCC standards.

This tipped position offers a host of perks and the chance to work events in a high-energy arena. You will join a friendly team focused on hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and energetic to create memorable guest experiences.
• Comfortable working in a loud, high-volume arena environment.
• Basic PC skills and familiarity with Point-of-Sale systems.
• Able to operate POS and process payments accurately.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility for evenings and weekend events.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and fill food and beverage orders with a smile.
• Operate Point-of-Sale system and process payments.
• Ensure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in service areas and stands.
• Adhere to Levy policies and adapt to changing stand locations.
• Pivot between tasks in a dynamic arena setting.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Responsible for greeting guests in a friendly manner while filling food & beverage orders (with a smile on your face)
• Operate Point-of-Sale system and process payment for purchased food & beverage items
• Ensure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and concessions stands in compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
• Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures
• Adapt to shifting stand locations within the arena
• Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!)
• Perform any other duties as assigned
