Job summary

Levy Sector is seeking a Restaurants Supervisor for Moda Center to oversee daily dining operations during events and games. You will supervise serving staff, ensure proper use of POS systems, and maintain high guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires evening and weekend availability, attendance reliability, and experience in high-end or high-volume environments. Levy offers growth opportunities and employee perks across Rose Quarter events.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily functions by reviewing menus and production needs.
• Supervise dining staff and ensure proper use of systems and tools.
• Visit guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and on-hand products.
• Assist Premium Department with monthly inventory.
• Ensure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per rules.
• Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Review menu and other production needs to oversee and manage daily functions
• Supervise dining staff to ensure all systems and tools are being used correctly
• Visit guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand during event
• Assist the Premium Department with administrative work including monthly inventory
• Ensure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and restaurants in compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
• Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures
• Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!)
• Perform any other duties as assigned

• Basic PC knowledge

• Experience in fine dining or a high-volume environment required
• Supervisory experience in high-end food & beverage environment preferred
• Maintain excellent attendance and able to work evening/weekend events as scheduled
