Job summary

Levy at the Rose Quarter in Portland, OR is hiring a Concessions Cashier to greet guests, take orders, and process payments using a POS system. You will ensure OLCC compliance and maintain clean concession stands while adapting to shifting stand locations during events.

We are seeking friendly, energetic individuals with basic PC skills and familiarity with POS systems. This role includes a tipping pay structure, meal benefits, and growth opportunities within a lively arena environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and fill food & beverage orders with a smile.

• Keep concessions areas clean and sanitary.
• Adapt to shifting stand locations during events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

While no two events are quite the same, here’s what you can expect as a Concessions Cashier –

• Responsible for greeting guests in a friendly manner while filling food & beverage orders (with a smile on your face)
• Operate Point-of-Sale system and process payment for purchased food & beverage items
• Ensure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and concessions stands in compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
• Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures
• Adapt to shifting stand locations within the arena
• Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!)
• Perform any other duties as assigned
