The role involves a fast-paced kitchen environment and interactions with customers, with responsibilities spanning shift management, policy enforcement, and ensuring cleanliness and proper facility operation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed.
• Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in one restaurant zone during a shift.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift.
• Provides exemplary customer service.
• Supports execution of reward and recognition program for the crewmembers.
