Raising Cane’s is seeking a Restaurant Zone Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards within one restaurant zone. The role involves a fast-paced kitchen environment, managing shifts, directing crewmembers, and ensuring safety and cleanliness.

The position requires 1+ years of retail or restaurant management, strong communication, flexibility for varied shifts, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team, and to travel for work-related training.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in one restaurant zone during a shift.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards and manages the zone safely.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Supports reward and recognition programs and authorizes manager-level actions.
• Ensures cleanliness and proper facility upkeep, completes other duties as assigned.
