Requirements include 1+ years in restaurant management or advanced crew, with strong communication and organizational skills. Shifts include days, evenings, and weekends.

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience or advanced crew.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of one restaurant zone.
• Enforce company standards, policies and safety guidelines.
• Direct crewmembers during shifts and ensure customer service excellence.
• Maintain cleanliness and facility readiness; use logs to document results.
• Handle manager-approval tasks such as discounts and promotions.
