Job summary

Raising Cane's Restaurant Zone Manager is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and upholding Raising Cane's standards and culture across one restaurant zone.

The role involves managing a fast-paced kitchen, directing crewmembers, delivering exemplary customer service, and ensuring safety, cleanliness, and equipment readiness. Flexibility in shifts and prior restaurant management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently or with others.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane's standards in one restaurant zone during a shift.
• Enforces Raising Cane's policies and standards and directs crewmembers during a shift.
• Uses tools and logs to support shift execution, documents results, and takes corrective action when needed.
• Provides exemplary customer service and supports the reward and recognition program.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and ensures the facility is in good working order.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
