Job summary

Raising Cane’s is seeking a Restaurant Zone Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations within one restaurant zone. You will uphold Raising Cane’s standards, manage crewmembers, and ensure a fast-paced, safe kitchen environment with customer focus and teamwork.

The role requires 1+ years of restaurant or retail management or advanced crew experience, is full-time, and involves days, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for training and functions.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, or Raising Cane’s advanced crew experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in one restaurant zone during a shift.
• Direct crewmembers during a shift and provide exemplary customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and ensure the facility is in good working order.
• Document results using required logs and take corrective action when needed.
