Job summary

Raising Cane’s in Carrollton, Texas is hiring a Restaurant Zone Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture within a single zone. The role involves managing shifts, directing crewmembers, and ensuring excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, or Raising Cane’s advanced crew experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards
• Manages assigned zone according to Raising Cane’s operations and safety standards
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service
• Authorizes employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g. discounts, promotions)
• Ensures cleanliness and good working order of the restaurant
• Completes other duties as assigned
