Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Zone Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold our standards and culture across one restaurant zone.

You will lead crewmembers during shifts, ensure customer service excellence, enforce policies, and help drive safe, clean, efficient service in a fast-paced kitchen. This role offers weekly pay and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong communication skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Able to recognize problems and take action to solve them
• Willing to work varied shifts incl. weekends
• Must complete Raising Cane's training programs
• 1+ years of restaurant/retail management experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations
• Uphold Raising Cane's standards and culture
• Manage operations for one restaurant zone during a shift
• Enforce policies and standards
• Direct crewmembers during a shift
• Provide exemplary customer service
• Support reward and recognition program for crewmembers
• Authorize manager functions (discounts, promotions)
• Ensure cleanliness and good working order of the facility
• Complete other duties as assigned
