Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Zone Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of one restaurant zone, uphold Cane’s standards and culture in management responsibilities.

The role requires managing shifts, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and delivering exemplary customer service in a fast-paced environment. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided for full-time managers.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be changing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, or advanced crew experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations for one zone.
• Enforces company policies and standards across shifts.
• Directs crewmembers and ensures customer service excellence.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and safety standards.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
