Job summary

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Zone Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold our standards and culture across a restaurant zone.

The role involves managing a fast-paced kitchen, directing crewmembers, and ensuring a clean, well-functioning facility while delivering exceptional customer service. Strong leadership and flexible scheduling are required for shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, or Raising Cane's advanced crew experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Uphold Raising Cane's standards and culture in management responsibilities of one restaurant zone.
• Direct crewmembers during a shift and provide exemplary customer service.
• Ensure cleanliness and facility is in good working order.
• Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g. discounts, promotions).
• Complete other duties as assigned.
