Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is hiring a Restaurant Zone Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture within one restaurant zone.

You will lead crewmembers during shifts, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a clean, safe, and well-operated restaurant environment. The role requires flexibility across shifts, adherence to company training, and a commitment to our fun, fast-paced culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, or Raising Cane’s advanced crew experience.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training.
• Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture in management responsibilities of one restaurant zone’s operations.
• Direct crewmembers during a shift.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and facility is in good working order.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
