Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane's standards in one restaurant zone during a shift.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Maintains cleanliness and facility operations per safety standards.
• Uses tools, forms and logs to document results and take corrective action.
• Supports reward programs and approves promotions within policy.
