Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Zone Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture across one restaurant zone.

You will lead a team during shifts, ensure customer service excellence, enforce policies, manage zone safety, and coordinate logs and reports. This role requires multitasking, energy, and strong communication in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations for one restaurant zone.
• Enforces company policies and standards; directs crewmembers during shifts.
• Ensures customer service excellence and maintains cleanliness and safety standards.
• Manages zone logs, documents results, and takes corrective action when needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
