Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Zone Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold the brand’s standards and culture within one restaurant zone. The role involves guiding crewmembers, ensuring safety, and maintaining service quality in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

The position requires 1+ years of management experience in foodservice or retail, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to recognize problems, set goals, and execute plans to solve them
• Willing to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and travel for work-related functions and training
• Must complete Raising Cane’s training programs
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, or Raising Cane’s advanced crew experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day operations of one restaurant zone and upholds Raising Cane’s standards and culture.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Manages zone according to operations and safety standards and uses logs to document results and corrective actions.
• Ensures restaurant cleanliness and that facilities are in good working order.
• Performs other duties as assigned
