Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Zone Manager to support daily restaurant operations and uphold our standards and culture within one restaurant zone. The role involves leading crewmembers, ensuring customer service excellence, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have 1+ year of restaurant or retail management experience, be 18 or older, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
• Able to recognize problems, set goals, execute and convert plans into action to solve problems.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training.

Responsibilities

• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Manages assigned zone according to Raising Cane’s operations and safety standards.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Supports execution of reward and recognition program for the crewmembers in the restaurant.
• Authorizes employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g., discounts, promotions, etc.).
