Job summary

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is hiring a Restaurant Zone Manager in Louisville, KY to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold company standards and culture within one restaurant zone. You will oversee shift execution, coach crewmembers, and ensure quality service in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 1+ years of restaurant/retail management or advanced crew experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work various shifts.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Able to recognize problems, set goals, execute and convert plans into action to solve problems.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training.
• Must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs.
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, or Raising Cane's advanced crew experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane's standards in one restaurant zone during a shift.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Enforces Raising Cane's policies and standards and maintains safety.
• Authorizes employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g. discounts, promotions).
• Maintains cleanliness of the restaurant and ensures the facility is in good working order.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
