Job summary

Baskin-Robbins in Illinois seeks a Network Trainer to drive training and development across the Dunkin’ Donuts/Dunkin’ Donuts-Baskin-Robbins combo restaurants. You will develop and facilitate programs, coordinate rollouts of new products, food safety, and operations standards.

You will partner with Franchisee Leadership to identify internal candidates, ensure managers and crew implement standards, and create a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in education/experience.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Clear, effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute training activities within the network.
• Conduct New Hire Orientation for restaurant employees.
• Schedule and facilitate classroom-based learning for the network.
• Partner with Franchisee Leadership Team on succession planning.
• Create and maintain a people-first culture in the restaurant.
• Monitor, report training progress and outcomes.
• Conduct on-the-job training and retraining.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and food safety guidelines.
