Job summary

Baskin-Robbins in Mundelein, IL is seeking a Network Trainer to drive training across the Dunkin/Dunkin-Baskin-Robbins combo restaurant network, developing and facilitating programs for new product rollouts, food safety, and franchisee performance.

The role partners with Franchisee Leadership Team to identify internal candidates and succession planning, ensuring managers and crew execute standards and procedures across locations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent in education and experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Facilitation and presentation skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute training activities within the network.
• Conduct New Hire Orientation for restaurant employees.
• Schedule and facilitate classroom-based learning for the network.
• Partner with Franchisee Leadership Team with succession planning.
• Create and maintain a people-first culture in the restaurant.
• Monitor, follow up and report training progress.
• Conduct on the job training and retraining.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy work environment per safety guidelines.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Prepare, complete and follow up on action plans for implementing production, productivity, quality and guest service standards and identify systems to drive performance.
• Conduct restaurant assessments.
