SpotOn is seeking a Territory Sales Representative / Restaurant Specialist to promote our full product suite to local restaurants and SMBs within your designated territory.

You will build relationships with restaurant owners, prospect new businesses, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle. The role rewards performance with base salary and strong commission potential, reflecting local market conditions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience with an emphasis on small business owners, merchants, and restaurants.
• Proven track record delivering against sales goals with a metrics-oriented, need-to-win attitude.
• Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and territory buildout experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce as a CRM is a plus.
• Maintain and manage client relationships with internal support teams to ensure customer success.

Responsibilities

• Be a local representative for SpotOn in your community by offering advanced technology to local business owners.
• Travel to and from client sites within a designated territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new local business owners and merchants.
• Manage the full sales cycle from start to finish with a growing portfolio of clients.
• Hit sales targets, focusing on selling software, POS solutions, and payment processing.
• Collaborate with Sales Support to reach monthly performance goals.
