Goodwin Recruiting in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Sales Manager to drive adoption of our restaurant technology solutions among local and regional partners. You will prospect, build relationships, manage the full sales cycle, and close new business opportunities.

As part of a fast-growing platform, you will tailor solutions to client needs, conduct product demos, and collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred in business or related field.
• 1+ year of relevant sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; bilingual in English and Chinese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and position the company’s technology solutions.
• Identify, research, and qualify prospective restaurant partners.
• Execute outbound prospecting through visits, calls, emails, and campaigns.
• Conduct product demos and present customized solutions.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.
• Hit and exceed KPIs including outreach targets and new partner acquisition.
