Connecteam is seeking an Onboarding Manager to guide new customers from partner handoff through go-live and the initial payroll launch. This customer-facing, hands-on role combines project management, system configuration, payroll-process understanding, training, and cross-functional coordination.

• 2+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding or customer-facing SaaS roles.
• Strong project management, ability to run multiple implementations simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and training skills; ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Tech-savvy with quick learning curve for software, integrations and data flows.
