Just Salad is seeking a Restaurant Team Leader to oversee store operations, coach frontline and back‑of‑house teams, and uphold company standards. You will report to the Area Team Leader and help drive profitability while promoting a customer‑centric dining experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in restaurant management, preferably quick service.
• Food Handlers Certification required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Impeccable service standards, clean work habits and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and coach/develop employees.
• Thrives and problem solves within a high volume environment while maintaining a good attitude.
• Computer knowledge including Word and Excel.
• Must possess strong experience with P&Ls.
• Minimum one weekend shift per month.
• Minimum 50 hr work week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store profitability and operational standards.
• Train, develop, and coach staff (Tell, Show, Do Review).
• Ensure effective communication across teams.
• Ensure compliance with employee policies and service standards.
• Maintain customer-centric service quality and store cleanliness to code with DOH.
• Uphold positive work environment and staff morale.
• Handle scheduling, payroll, inventory, and reporting duties.
• Manage food and labor to sustain service and quality.
