Just Salad is hiring a Restaurant Team Leader to oversee store operations under the Area Team Leader. You will coach and support front-of-house and back-of-house teams, uphold operational standards, and help advance Just Salad's mission of health and sustainability.

Minimum 3 years in restaurant management, preferably quick service.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities to coach and develop staff.
Thrive in a high-volume environment while maintaining service standards.

Responsibilities

Ensure stores profitability and operational standards.
Train, develop and coach staff (Tell, Show, Do, Review).
Maintain effective communication with team and management.
Enforce policies, procedures and service standards.
Ensure high quality customer service and a customer-centric environment.
Oversee cleanliness and proper presentation of products and compliance with DOH standards.
