Just Salad is seeking a Restaurant Team Leader to oversee store operations, coach front and back of house teams, and uphold service standards. You will lead by example, drive profitability, and ensure compliance with health and safety, while representing the brand and its sustainability mission.

You will coordinate scheduling, payroll, inventory, and reporting, and promote a positive, customer-centric environment with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in restaurant management, preferably quick service.
• Food Handlers Certification mandatory.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Impeccable service standards and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and coach/develop employees.
• Strong communication skills with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store profitability and operational standards.
• Coach, train, and develop front of house and back of house teams.
