Job summary

Just Salad is seeking a Restaurant Team Leader to oversee store operations, coach front and back of house teams, and uphold standards in line with the brand's mission of healthy, sustainable food. You will drive profitability, train staff, and ensure excellent guest service while maintaining cleanliness and DOH compliance.

The RTL will report to the Area Team Leader and must lead by example, adapt to growth, and manage schedules, payroll, and inventory to support a positive store culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in restaurant management or equivalent leadership experience.
• Food Handlers Certification required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and coach employees.
• Thrives in a high-volume environment and maintains a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive store profitability and uphold operational standards.
• Lead employee training, development and coaching (Tell, Show, Do Review).
• Maintain effective communication with team and stakeholders.
• Ensure staff compliance with policies and service standards.
• Uphold customer service quality and a customer-centric environment.
• Maintain store cleanliness and DOH compliance; ensure proper presentation of items.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, reports, and food & beverage ordering.
• Balance food and labor to maintain service and quality.
