Job summary

Just Salad is seeking Toppers to join our front-of-house team. Under the Restaurant Team Leader, Toppers focus on guest interactions and preparing orders, while supporting environmental initiatives aligned with the brand mission to health and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to Just Salad guests.
• Able to read, write and accurately mark a JS order ticket.
• Basic math skills and clear communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to Just Salad guests.
• Fills out order ticket clearly and accurately.
• Assists with digital orders as needed.
• Tops salads and wraps.
• Restocks toppings and lettuce as needed.
• Practices FIFO (First in First out).
• Cleans the line.
• Completes assigned tasks.
• Works as Name Taker if needed.
• Cleans, re-stocks and breaks down topping line at the end of shift.
• Follow food safety and quality standards.
• Support programs to minimize environmental footprint including recycling and composting.
