Just Salad is seeking Restaurant Team Leaders to oversee store operations, coach front and back of house teams, and uphold our standards while supporting sustainability initiatives. RTL reports to Area Team Leader and focuses on profitability, training, communication, policy compliance, customer service, and store cleanliness.

The role requires leadership, 3 years in restaurant management, and a full-week schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in restaurant management, preferably quick service.
• Food Handlers Certification.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and coach/develop employees.
• Thrives and problem solves within a high volume environment while maintaining a good attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store profitability and uphold operational standards.
• Train, develop, and coach staff (Tell, Show, Do Review).
• Ensure effective communication across teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and service standards.
• Maintain customer-centric service and a clean, to-code store appearance.
• Lead scheduling, payroll, inventory, reports and food/beverage ordering.
