Just Salad is seeking a Restaurant Team Leader to oversee store operations, coach front and back of house teams, and uphold operational standards. You will help drive profitability while supporting environmentally friendly initiatives and a strong customer-centric culture.

The role requires strong leadership, training, and communication skills, with a focus on maintaining service quality, store cleanliness, and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in restaurant management, preferably quick service.
• Food Handlers Certification required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Impeccable service standards, clean work habits and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and coach/develop employees.
• Thrives in a high-volume environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• The stores overall profitability and operational standards.
• Employee training, developing and coaching (Tell, Show, Do Review).
• Effective communication with staff and customers.
• Ensure compliance with employee policies/procedures and service standards.
• Maintain customer-centric service and store cleanliness, DOH compliance.
• Admin tasks including scheduling, payroll, inventory, reports, and food/beverage ordering.
