Just Salad is seeking a Restaurant Team Leader to oversee store operations in Westport, CT. You will coach front-of-house and back-of-house teams, uphold operational standards, and drive guest-focused service in a fast-casual setting.

You’ll lead training, scheduling, and daily tasks to ensure profitability and a positive, high-energy environment in line with Just Salad’s mission and DOH compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in restaurant management
• Food Handlers Certification
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Impeccable service standards and attention to detail
• Ability to lead and coach/develop employees
• Strong communication and problem-solving in high-volume environments

Responsibilities

• Oversee store profitability and operational standards
• Train, develop, and coach team members
• Ensure effective communication across team
