Swensons Drive-In Restaurants in Boardman, OH is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations. You will onboard and train team members, coach staff, manage schedules, and ensure exceptional guest experiences with friendly, efficient service.

The role requires 1–3 years of coaching and restaurant management experience, strong communication skills, and a focus on quality, safety, and brand standards. Competitive wages and growth opportunities are offered.

Formación

• 1-3 years of coaching, training, and development experience in a high-volume food service management role.
• 1-3 years’ experience as a restaurant Manager.
• Legal right to work in the United States and provide proof.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, own transportation and be able to travel for work purposes.
• Good communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard and train team members to brand standards; coach and develop teams; handle scheduling and staffing.
• Attract, select, and retain team members; coach kitchen crew and curb servers.
• Direct crew; assign duties; ensure quick, friendly service to customers and staff.
• Maintain standards of excellence in food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with recipes, procedures, and company policies; address guest feedback and complaints.
• Enforce sanitary practices and safe operation of kitchen equipment; uphold company standards.
