Job summary

Swensons Drive-In Restaurants in Dublin, OH is seeking a proactive Restaurant Manager to oversee onboarding, training, and the ongoing development of two high-performing teams. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure brand standards, and coach staff toward excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include recruiting, scheduling, and coaching crew across the restaurant, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring safety and quality in every shift.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years coaching, training, and development experience in a high-volume food service management role.
• 1-3 years’ experience as a restaurant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train team members to brand standards and develop two quality restaurant teams.
• Attract, select, and retain team members; coach kitchen crew and curb staff.
• Direct crew, assign duties, and ensure fast, friendly service to customers.
