Job summary

Swensons Drive-Ins in Ohio is seeking a hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, coach teams, and uphold brand standards. You will manage staff, schedules, budgets, and guest satisfaction, stepping in when the GM is absent and ensuring consistent quality.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of high-volume restaurant management, legal eligibility to work in the U.S., and a proven ability to recruit, train, and develop a strong team.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of coaching, training, and development experience in a high-volume food service management role.
• 3-5 years’ experience as a restaurant Manager at a high-volume level.
• Legal right to work in the United States and provide proof.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, own transportation, and be able to travel for work purposes.

Responsibilities

• Maintains leadership responsibilities of the stand when General Manager is absent.
• Direct departmental responsibilities as designated by the General Manager.
• Ensures adherence to operational systems and procedures, manages inventories, and reviews profit and loss statements.
• Onboards and trains team members to brand standards and develops staff to build strong restaurant teams.
• Attracts, selects, and retains team members and coaches staff to achieve guest satisfaction and brand goals.
