Job summary

Swensons Drive-In Restaurants in Dublin, OH is seeking an energetic restaurant leader to oversee daily operations, coach and develop team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will recruit, onboard, schedule, and mentor staff across front and back of house to uphold our high standards and brand spirit.

Responsibilities include directing crews, enforcing recipes and safety, maintaining cleanliness, driving guest satisfaction, and contributing to cost controls.

Qualifications

• Legal right to work in the United States and provide proof.
• 1-3 years of coaching, training, and development experience in a high-volume food service management role.
• 1-3 years’ experience as a restaurant Manager.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel for work purposes.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train team members to brand standards; coach and develop teams.
• Attract, select, and retain team members; manage kitchen crew and curb servers.
• Direct crew, assign duties, and provide friendly service.
• Maintain standards of excellence in food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with recipes, procedures, and policies; drive guest satisfaction.
• Enforce sanitary practices and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Comply with laws and company policies; ensure equipment runs efficiently.
• Lead shift operations and drive cost controls.
• Represent Swensons professionally at all times.
