Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years coaching, training and development experience in a high-volume food service management role.
• 1–3 years’ experience as a restaurant Manager.
• Legal right to work in the United States and provide proof.

Aufgaben

• Onboard and train team members to brand standards; coach and develop teams across two quality restaurant teams.
• Attract, select, and retain team members; manage kitchen crew and curb servers for operational success.
• Direct crew, assign duties and ensure quick, friendly service to customers and staff.
• Maintain standards of excellence in food quality, service, cleanliness and safety to meet brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with recipes, procedures, policies, and local laws; address guest feedback and complaints.
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Drive guest satisfaction and support local store marketing programs.
• Lead shifts with accountability, cost controls, and adherence to operations procedures.
• Represent Swensons Drive-In Restaurants professionally at all times.
