Job summary

Swensons Drive-In Restaurants is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume stand and support the General Manager in daily operations. You will supervise staff, ensure SOPs, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, team development, scheduling, and cost controls, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and food quality. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of coaching, training, and development experience in a high-volume food service management role.
• 3–5 years’ experience as a restaurant Manager at a high-volume level.
• Legal right to work in the United States and provide proof.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.
• Good communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain leadership responsibilities of the stand when the General Manager is absent.
• Direct departmental responsibilities as designated by the General Manager.
• Ensure adherence to operational systems and procedures; manage schedules and staffing across shifts.
• Drive guest satisfaction and manage guest feedback and resolutions.
• Enforce sanitary practices and safety standards across all operations.
