Job summary

Jack in the Box is hiring a first-line supervisor at a franchisee-owned restaurant in Nashville, TN. This position supports store leadership and helps manage daily operations with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction.

You will supervise and train team members, model positive behavior, and maintain a fun, clean, and safe work environment. English reading/writing required; at least 6 months restaurant experience; ability to lift 10–65 lbs; flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in the restaurant industry.
• Read and write in English.
• Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs.
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule.
