Job summary

SONIC Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily drive-in operations and staff training. You will help deliver quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner, ensuring a superior guest experience at all times.

Responsibilities include supervising teams, managing shifts, and maintaining records and standards. The role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, with opportunities to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or 1 year entry-level retail management experience.
• Experience running shifts without supervision.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach team members, carhops, and staff.
• Direct and assign staff to meet service standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety rules.
• Open/close the restaurant as needed.
• Monitor staffing, inventory, and food cost controls.
