Job summary

SONIC Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running drive-in operations and delivering a safe, clean and enjoyable guest experience. You will train teammates, supervise crew and carhop staff, and help uphold Sonic's standards across service, quality and safety.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, staffing adjustments, inventory checks and resolving guest requests with a focus on consistent customer care.

Qualifications

• Manages Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to meet standards.
• Adheres to employee handbook, policies and practices.
• Effective communication, basic math, reading and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and support employees to ensure quality food in a clean, safe and efficient manner.
• Respond to guest requests and help resolve complaints.
• Assist in opening/closing duties and daily administrative tasks.
• Monitor staffing, inventory and food cost; complete weekly inventory.
