Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old; must complete Team Leader training classes; and in certain states, must ServSafe certified.
• Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English; may require another language depending on location.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to perform basic math; work well with diverse groups; strong analytical skills; good organization and planning.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and accepts responsibility.
• Basic knowledge of personal computers and related software applications.
• Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior.
