The role focuses on service quality, cost controls, and on-going coaching to build leadership capability. Evening and weekend shifts are required, with opportunities for advancement as the restaurant grows.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure QSC standards are met.
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers and cash handling.
• Reviews inventory and orders; implements cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning; adjusts as needed.
• Creates and monitors schedules; manages onboarding of new team members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.
