Job summary

Burger King Franchise in Chicago is seeking a motivated supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations. You will train and coach team members, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced setting.

You will partner with the General Manager to drive scheduling, QSC compliance, and performance metrics while maintaining a welcoming, clean dining and dining area for guests.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC standards.
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory and cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning and adjusts as needed.
• Creates and monitors schedules and onboarding for new team members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.
