Job summary

Burger King franchise in Chicago is hiring for a team-driven leadership role. You will develop servant leaders, ensure memorable guest experiences, and balance service quality with financial goals. You will welcome new teammates, lead team huddles, and coach staff to maintain high standards.

You will also oversee training, scheduling, and cost controls, while keeping operations compliant and the restaurant welcoming, clean, and efficient.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain welcoming and clean restaurant environment.
• Ensure product quality and operations standards.
• Partner with GM to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC.
• Ensure daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs are accurate.
• Review inventory and place product orders.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor staffing and onboarding processes.
• Create and manage schedules and onboarding.
