Zaxbys is expanding its team in Georgia and seeks an energetic Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring top guest experiences and adherence to brand standards. You will manage schedules, coach staff, and drive performance in a fast-paced setting.

The role includes quarterly bonus potential, meal benefits, paid time off, holidays, and opportunities to advance within Zax LLC.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• 1–3 years of management experience required; restaurant management experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Complete all training requirements including: Zaxbys Assistant Manager Development Plan, Food Safety Certification and Manager Certification
• Enhance guest experiences by ensuring that team members satisfy and exceed guest expectations
• Create an effective work schedule following company standards and local laws
• Plan and delegate shift assignments, communicating expectations and adjusting as needed
• Supervise, provide leadership, and coach team members to perform at their highest level
• Maintain compliance with all guidelines, policies, and procedures and report concerns timely
• Maintain an attitude of flexibility to exceed performance expectations
• Ensure team safety and adherence to safety guidelines and procedures
