Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others; 1-3 years management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage in daily restaurant operations to deliver great guest experiences and uphold standards.
• Create effective work schedules and delegate shift assignments while coaching team members.
• Supervise, lead, and mentor staff to meet quarterly goals and maintain high performance.
• Ensure service, product quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met.
• Address guest and team member concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
