Job summary

Zaxbys is expanding, and we are hiring an Assistant Manager to ensure great guest experiences and maintain operational standards at our Georgia restaurant. You will manage daily operations, supervise teammates, and ensure adherence to policies while coaching staff for peak performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check.
• 1–3 years management experience required; restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet standards.
• Train, coach, and develop team members; maximize performance.
• Create and manage weekly work schedules per policy and law.
• Improve guest experiences by exceeding expectations and resolving issues.
• Ensure service, product quality, safety, and cleanliness across shifts.
• Maintain records and communicate performance to the General Manager.
